What this means for you

As part of Kenya's Affirmative Action framework, at least 30% of procurement opportunities are reserved for qualifying businesses

Women-owned businesses

Enterprises where at least 70% of directors/shareholders are women, creating opportunities for female entrepreneurs.

Youth-owned businesses

(18–35 years)

Supporting young entrepreneurs with majority shareholders/directors aged between 18-35 years.

PWD-owned enterprises

Businesses owned or led by Persons with Disabilities, promoting inclusive economic participation.

This ensures that businesses like yours get a fair chance to grow, win tenders, and build long-term partnerships.

Why you need this

Running a business is tough, and often small enterprises struggle to compete with larger firms. By registering under this opportunity:

You get direct access to tenders reserved for your group.

You enjoy a level playing field against peers, not big corporations.

You build capacity and credibility through formal procurement.

You access training, mentorship, and financial linkages from our partners.

It's not just about winning a contract — it's about growing your enterprise and creating impact in your community.
